Welcome to Best of Southwest Missouri
This contest highlights the effort to discover and celebrate the businesses, people, and places we love most, as voted by you, our local communities.
Over 3,600 businesses, people, and organizations from 16 Southwest Missouri counties were nominated and included on the ballot during the voting round. Local Southwest Missouri residents cast over 231,000 votes for their favorites in the region earlier this year.
The local community nominated their favorites in nine main topic areas: Agriculture, Eat & Drink, Education, Health & Beauty,
Home & Garden, Motors, Services, Shopping, and Things to Do.
The top ten categories (in order of popularity) during voting were: Window Company, Customer Service, Glass Company, Nonprofit Organization, Photographer, All-Around
Restaurant, Bank, Cleaning Service, Auto Collision Repair,
and Pet Boarding / Daycare.
